ABOUT THE AUTHOR

David Axelrod was born in Alliance, Ohio, in 1950. He was formally educated at Ohio University, the University of Montana, and Ohio University where he earned a PhD in English and Writing. He moved with this family to La Grande, Oregon, in 1988, at teaches at Eastern Oregon University. He is the author of several collections of poems and essays.
