INDIVIDUAL SHOPPING CART ORDERS
Click on the "BUY NOW" link next to a book you want. That link will take you to PayPal. We do not have a shopping cart service. If you wish to place an order for multiple books or multiple copies of the same book, please contact us as [email protected].

DIRECT ORDERS BY MAIL
Individual direct orders paid in advance can be made via check and must include $5 shipping and handling for single orders. For larger orders, please contact us at [email protected]..

SHIPPING
Our standard method for shipping books in U.S. will be media mail, $5.00 for first book, Please contact us at [email protected] if you have questions about shipping rates for U.S. only orders. We have suspended international shipping. 
 
ORDERS TO THE TRADE:
Wordcraft of Oregon, LLC, has a NO RETURNS POLICY, so wholesalers should order only what they need or are willing to stock. 

U.S. only orders placed directly to Wordcraft of Oregon: After an initial pre-paid order is received for new account, an account will be established for bookstores/libraries. Once an account is set up for a bookstore/library, we will accept email orders with PO number, shipping address and contact information. Wordcraft of Oregon, LLC, will invoice these orders. If bookstores wish to use credit card for orders, adjustment for discount and shipping costs will be made before your credit card is charged.
BOOKSTORES receive a 40% discount, plus shipping and handling charges (see above).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Wordcraft of Oregon, LLC, is no longer able to fill orders for international customers. For print-on-demand titles, we encourage you to check with booksellers in your region, i.e. Amazon.com.uk, as these titles should be available for international bookselling partners.  

RETURN POLICY 
Since our products are books, we do not give refunds or accept returns unless individual orders are received damaged. Damaged book must be returned at buyer's expense before the book will be replaced.  

CLASSROOM EXAMINATION
Copies can be obtained for 50% discount. If the title is then adopted for a class, the charge for the examination copy will be refunded upon request.
